Custom Sofas & Chairs
Rogers Brothers Offers the Best Quality Custom Sofas and Chairs for less.
At Rogers Brothers, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship in our bespoke sofa and chair creations. Our expertise lies in tailoring each piece to your personal style and preferences, offering a broad range of design options and the ability to fully customize to your specifications.
Our skilled artisans meticulously handcraft each frame using kiln-dried hardwood, ensuring both durability and resistance to warping and cracking. We reinforce frame joints for enhanced stability, utilizing double-dowel construction, eco-friendly adhesives, and corner blocks.
Quality Suspension System For Comfort and Longevity
Central to our commitment to quality is our superior suspension system, a foundation for both comfort and longevity in our sofas and chairs. We primarily employ a webbing method for new pieces, incorporating three-inch synthetic webbing across seats and backs. This is securely anchored using a tensioner, providing unmatched stability and enduring quality.
Customizable Cushion Options
We recognize that comfort is personal, which is why we offer a variety of custom cushion options. Choose from spring down, blended down, poly-dacron, and spring poly-dacron to suit your comfort preferences. While down cushions are available, especially for restoration projects, we generally recommend alternative materials for their ease of maintenance.
